Ferme Péchés Moutons
Ferme Péchés Moutons produces market lambs sold directly to consumers as well as homemade lamb products. The farm, which has an average of 250 to 300 ewes and produces 450-500 lambs per year, markets its lambs whole, by the piece, or as prepared and/or ready-to-eat foods (e.g., coconut milk lamb curry, merguez sausages, duck fat confit shanks, keftas, etc.). The business sells directly to individuals through its farm store, farmers' markets, and drop-off points, and also supplies a few top-tier restaurants (Toqué!, Parapluie, SPA Eastman). Our operations begin with raising lambs with love, care, and the utmost respect for animal welfare. Our mission is to provide our customers with high-quality, handcrafted products while promoting sustainable and ethical farming practices. From the first bite of our fine, flavorful products, our customers fall in love with the exceptional quality of our lamb.
