La Mie Bretonne Artisanal Bakery
The bakery has been open since August 22, 2009 and they make on site between 30 and 40 varieties of bread each day, kneaded, shaped and baked according to the traditional methods of the French bakery. We use Quebec flour from the La Rémy and La Milanaise mill as well as quality and local ingredients when possible. We also offer several viennoiseries, pastries, sandwiches, quality espresso and regular coffee, and delicatessen products generally from Brittany, France or Quebec. Arriving in Quebec in 2006, Jean-Sébastien, the co-owner of Breton origin, works in Montreal in various bakeries, while dreaming of opening his own bakery. A bakery that would meet ITS standards of quality and choice. In Brittany, he worked for more than five years in artisan bakeries. He holds several diplomas in bakery including the professional bakery certificate. Originally from the Montreal region, with a bachelor's degree in business administration, Annie has always dreamed of owning her business. She is mainly responsible for the general management of the bakery.
