Julien Morin is the Chef behind La Morin’s legendary mustard. To this day, he still conceives his mustard in an artisanal way, with the support of his local suppliers. Julien created La Morin to honour his grandfather, a French who moved to Montreal more than 50 years ago. This great man was a fan of strong mustard and was on a quest to find the PERFECT mustard, the one thats tickles your nostrils and leaves you with a strong, everlasting impression. After months of trial and error, Julien succeeded in creating this perfect mustard.
