Maison Théier was founded by Benjamin Garant-Pruneau, a gastronomic enthusiast whose mission was to develop a refined, alcohol-free alternative to champagne. Having opted for sobriety for many years, Benjamin sought in alcohol-free products that touch of refinement and elegance found in fine wines, and which delights the most discerning palates. After more than 4 years of experimentation, research and development, he launched Maison Théier's 2023 collection, which combines the finest Asian teas with Miel d'Anicet fermentations, a jewel of Quebec gastronomy.
