VIF is a health-focused juice bar integrated within a training environment. We offer a deliberately simple yet carefully curated selection: three fresh juices (green and protein-based) and three protein bars, all designed to support vitality, performance, and recovery—without unnecessary extras. Each product is developed with a functional nutrition approach, emphasizing ingredient quality, balance, and effectiveness, to meet the needs of active individuals before, during, or after training. Our mission is to enhance the gym experience by integrating a turnkey health solution. Our ambition is to deploy compact juice bar concepts in training centers across Quebec, providing everything needed to operate efficiently: products, refrigeration, signage, and clear operating instructions. VIF aims to make functional nutrition simple, accessible, and aligned with an active lifestyle.
