Aged Beef flap meat AA (6x1x+/-225g). Prepared using Aged Flap meat, the meat is trimmed with a knife to remove the excess fat and silver skin membrane, to give a 90% AA flap meat. The flap meat is sliced to give a steak portion of +/- 225g.
