Aged Beef flap meat AAA (24x+/-200g). Prepared using flap meat, the meat is trimmed with a knife to remove the excess fat and silver skin membrane, to give a 95% AAA flap meat. The flap meat is sliced to give a steak portion of +/- 200g.
