Beef C/C Bone (Marrow) - Prepared from beef carcasses aged over or under 30 months, the marrow bones consist of the femur, part of the thigh and the humerus part of the shoulder. The ends (patella) are removed from the femur and humerus marrow bones to keep only the middle and cut approximately 2.5 to 3 inches in length.
