AAA Flat Beef Outside Round (3x1) - Prepared from the beef hindquarter. Located between the inside round and the sirloin tip. The outside of the round without heel is removed in 1 piece by a knife cut following the natural tissues. The outside of the round without heel is profiled by removing the eye of the round. Trim to leave 1/4 - 1/2'' of fat on the surface. #NAMP 171B. Halal certified.
