AAA Beef Tenderloin Filet (6x1x+/-400g FF). Prepared from a tenderloin, 95% silverskin and fat-free, without trimming. The filet is cut perpendicular to the muscle fibers and tissue of the meat; a bit of silverskin and fat may be visible but does not exceed 5%. The pieces are cut and portioned to approximately +/- 400 grams. Certified halal, locally raised and processed.
