Product with a smooth and exquisite flavour. Golden and creamy throughout, it is encased in a beautiful white ripening crust. Very mild when young, it becomes more flavourful with age in which we notice its fresh buttery, mushroom and hazelnut note. The texture is soft, creamy and velvety. A light version of our regular Double Cream Brie Cheese.
