Broccoli microfoam is considered one of the most nutritious of all microfoams. In fact, broccoli microfoots provide more nutrients than vegetable broccoli of equivalent weight. They contain concentrated levels of vitamins A, B, C and E, as well as numerous minerals such as calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc. What's more, broccoli micropods contain high levels of compounds that convert to sulforaphane when consumed. Sulforaphane is a phytochemical compound that may have powerful cancer-fighting and preventive properties.
