Caciocavallo Smoked 24% M.F.

Pear-shaped with a very thin, dry and smooth crust. Cream to yellowish interior with a brownish exterior and homogeneous, fibrous texture. Very mild when young to very pronounced when aged. The smoked Caciocavallo has a characteristic wood smoke aroma and flavour.
