Chop (french 12 x 1 x 400g MF) - Prepared from a rack 6 ribs. (profiled 4x4" from the eye). by a knife maneuver, the ribs, tip rack is stripped at 100% 2". The rack (French style) is cut between the ribs in balanced way, portioned at 400g and classified to meet the market needs. Halal certified.
