This slightly lemony and somewhat spicy blend suits for all types of fish, wether it is those in white flesh or those in pink flesh. It can also be incorporated in breadcrumbs if you wish to make a crust. A suggestion : never overcook a fish, whatever it is, otherwise it will lose of its flavor and moreover the spice mix will turn ineffective.
