This eau‑de‑vie is born from the meeting of the grape pomace from Domaine Amalgames and our grain spirit, patiently macerated for many long months. It was then gently softened by oak, which imparted its warm, deep nuances. On the palate, wooded aromas awaken, along with notes of maraschino and a delicate breath of tobacco—an echo of the slow passage of time in the cask.
