Rindless, smooth and slightly bright surface, cream to yellow colour, with very small and irregular openings (eyes) distributed in the mass, supple and flexible texture, easily spreadable. Butter, very sweet, slightly acidulous, its delicate taste becomes slightly sharper and more pronounced with age.
