Imperial Stout

Blend of imperial stout consisting of 50% beer aged in whiskey barrels and 50% in Jamaican rum barrels. A wide range of specialty malts confer notes of dark chocolate and caramel, complemented by complex vanilla aromas from the whiskey barrels. Full-bodied and structured, it gradually reveals accents of molasses and fruity esters left by the rum as it warms.
