Java type vanilla powder
The vanilla powder is made with whole vanilla pods, of the best quality, and reduced to a fine powder of less than 3000 microns here in Quebec to ensure the highest purity of the product. It is easy to measure and use, and its moisture content is stable at 7%. It is produced with Planifolia type vanilla from the Yismerai Sastradi farm on the island of Java.
