Java Vanilla Extract
This vanilla extract is made with pods coming exclusively from the Yasmerai Sastradi farm on the island of Java. The vanilla pods produced in Java have such a distinctive flavor that it has given its name to a type of vanilla, although it is not a cross. But don't think that all vanilla grown in Java is created equal! Very few are those who manage to produce this jewel so fragrant and typical.
