The Catimor variety is one of the pillars of the environmental heritage of the Renacer plantation and its cultural imagination. Named La Corriente because of the important presence of waterfalls, streams and rivers meandering the plantation, a must for mountain life. It is in tribute to this precious water that we named our first café, La Corriente, a Spanish translation of a stream.
