This brew, aged in oak barrels, is a perfect blend of three strains of Brettanomyces and one Saccharomyces. It features the wildness of Bruxellensis yeast, the tropical notes of Lambicus, and the acidity of Claussenii. This little cousin of the Tripe à 3 Brett was created in homage to the incessant flows of the Matawin River, the emblematic 161-kilometers Canadian river flowing through our beautiful region.
