Pinot Grigio Pear
Pinot Grigio, a grape grown mainly in northern Italy, produces a light and fresh wine. Low in color, this wine has a relatively high acidity and fine notes of green apples that harmonize perfectly with the pear flavors of our spritzer. The name also refers to wines produced from pinot gris in other countries (Australia, United States, Argentina, Canada, etc.).
