Tabarsauce Ming
An oriental twist to Tabarsauce. Heat comes from Jalapenos, Bird’s eye chilis, Scotch bonnets and Ajis. Sweetness comes from maple syrup and the “twist” comes from fresh ginger. The result is a heat profile that is all over with a heat spike, followed by a slightly delayed heat explosion that fills the back of the mouth, finished by a lingering spike from the ginger. Great with asian foods like fried rice and chow meins and soups. Delicious on braised meats like pork belly.
