Lobster Roll

Ingredients
- 3 cups lobster meat, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, may use more or less as preferred
- 1 teaspoon salted herbs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 split top rolls
Preparation
- Cut lobster into bite size pieces. In a medium bowl combine lobster and celery. Add mayonnaise and mix until all well incorporated. Set aside.
- Heat butter in a non-stick skillet. Toast rolls on both sides until lightly browned. Repeat until all are toasted.
- Divide lobster salad equally between the 4 rolls and serve.
