Lobster Roll

Ingredients

  • 3 cups lobster meat, cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, may use more or less as preferred
  • 1 teaspoon salted herbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 split top rolls

Preparation

  1. Cut lobster into bite size pieces. In a medium bowl combine lobster and celery. Add mayonnaise and mix until all well incorporated. Set aside.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet. Toast rolls on both sides until lightly browned. Repeat until all are toasted.
  3. Divide lobster salad equally between the 4 rolls and serve.
