Verrines with apples and yogurt

Ingredients
- 1 pound Cortland apples, cored, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 8 tablespoons yogurt
- 8 tablespoons fruit granola
Preparation:
- Put the apples in a pan with the maple syrup. Cover the pan and heat gently until the apple slices break down and become fluffy.
- Spoon into serving glasses and spoon the yoghurt on top. Spoon the granola on top.
