A. Lefebvre et cie
In 1982, Aline Lefebvre has transformed a simple hobby into a Quebec company whose reputation is second to none. The Gourmet wine jelly or liqueurs that she uses to serve at the table or as gifts to friends are now sold in many shops of fine products. This is how the company A. Lefebvre & Co. Inc. was established and then the brand "Les Cuisines de mon village" was created.
A company, jars and innovation
Following some requests, A. Lefebvre and Co. Inc. began offering jams and marmalades in one-ounce jars under personalized label in many hotels across the Quebec. In the past, individual portions glass jars available were imported: here we stood jam or marmalade in small plastic containers. To address this need, Ms. Lefebvre was inspired by recipes from her grandmother and adapted to get a pure product, namely 65% fruit and 35% sugar. The products « Les Cusines de mon village » have immediately been successful. Aline Lefebvre has always wanted to use only the highest quality products, pure, no additives or artificial flavor or essence. In addition to the Hyatt Regency Montreal, other prestigious institutions have added to the list of enterprise customers like The Ripplecove, Manoir Hovey, The Ritz-Carlton, Le Château Frontenac, Chateau Bonne Entente and many others.
Small pots with tones of flavors
Year by year, several variations like wine jelly and port wine, jams and marmalades, honey and condiments were added to the product line of A. Lefebvre and Co. Inc. Moreover, all are available in individual portions 30.5 ml and in boilers 6.5 kilos. Enough to satisfy any cravings!
Made with materials of superior quality and using traditional processes, the quality product of A. Lefebvre & Cie is, from the very beginning, their trademark.
