We also produce various raw doughs that can be baked on-site into delicious muffins or cookies, as well as pie dough (sold raw only). Since June 2015, the company has been part of the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative), having obtained SQF Level 2 certification, ensuring a high level of quality from the receipt of raw materials through to product delivery. Strict and rigorous allergen control is also maintained and fully respected.
