8 food to warm up
Our honeymoon with winter is coming to an end. We are already tired of enduring the snow, the icy roadways and especially the cold temperature. So why not eat to warm upa bit? Here is a list of the foods that will offer you the most heat in this cold winter.
1. Coffee

2. Tea / herbal tea

They may not be so popular, but legumes are a well worth decovering source of protein. When ingested, they directly solicit our digestive system. After that, our stomach must mobilize to digest this food rich in carbohydrates. During this process, a lot of energy flows through our body, which then warms up by itself. Magical, isn’t it?
7. Oatmeal
Oatmeal is often recognized as the champion's breakfast because it offers you an incomparable support. Good for the heart, oatmeal is a source of absolute comfort! Accompanied by berries and maple syrup, it is a must to start the day on the right foot.
8. Any meal cooked by Mom!
Seriously, there is nothing more comforting than a meal cooked by our mother. No matter what our age, Mom's meals, shared with the family, will always warm our hearts. And if they are cooked with Quebec products, can we really ask for more?
