
Saindoux Restaurant BBQ opens its doors in 2025 in the former presbytery of Sainte-Marie in the Beauce region. This New School BBQ restaurant partners with Le Porc de Beaurivage, a company with over 100 years of experience that advocates animal welfare and traceability. Pork is the only animal protein on the menu, a deliberate choice to elevate a local product in all its richness. The sports bar with a country atmosphere completes the experience in a welcoming and convivial setting.
