4- Support an eco-responsible event
Several actions are put in place by the Expo to offer a public event with minimal impact on the environment. For example, all items used for tastings are compostable, sorting of the waste is done to maximize composting and recycling, use of public transit and carpooling is encouraged, etc. So do not forget your reusable bags!
5- Choose organic & local food
At the Expo, we learn to cook "green" with the presence of local, organic and fair products, combining quality, flavor and respect for the environment. Thus, it is easy to find an increasingly diversified offer of local vegetarian or vegan, organic, GMO-free, gluten-free and natural foods. Eating local is then possible with all types of diets. To prioritize local organic food, locate the Aliments du Québec Bio and Aliments préparés au Québec Bio on the kiosks and directly on the products.
Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert is an uplifting event inspired by healthy and tasty food, that is increasingly organic and ecological, for a better future!
