La Chouape : du grain au verre, l’expression d’un terroir fier et vivant
This week, we're celebrating the Semaine des bières de micro du Québec!
For the occasion, we head to Saint-Félicien to discover Microbrasserie La Chouape, a pioneer of Quebec's craft brewing movement. For over 15 years, they have been growing their own organic grains and showcasing the local terroir in every beer.
Their remarkable commitment earned them the Prix Terroir d'ici 2024, awarded by the Association des microbrasseries du Québec, a category presented by our program Aliments du Québec au menu.
