Alcyon, Quebec sea salt, was born from a family story in the Îles de la Madeleine. We hand-harvest sea salt flakes at the rhythm of the tides. Around the salt, we offer a line of caramels, chocolates and condiments inspired by the Îles. One of Quebec's rare artisanal sea salts, made here, by family.
