
Auberge La Marguerite occupies a manor dating from 1754 in L'Islet, near the St. Lawrence River. In an intimate atmosphere, the establishment offers a five-course table d'hôte of fine terroir cuisine, accompanied by warm and courteous service. Chef-owners Janic and Christian, in the restaurant business since 1992, aim to source as much as possible from local and Québec producers. The inn also showcases Québec spirits and beers.
