AvecPlaisirs Chefs Traiteurs traces its roots to the Agnus Dei catering company, founded in 1986 by Pierre Carrier and Jacqueline Besson. In 2001, their son David Carrier created AvecPlaisirs, a corporate caterer whose goal is to transform the office meal into a moment of pleasure. The company, born on a lamb farm in Saint-Jude, keeps closeness to the land at the heart of its business model. AvecPlaisirs has partnered with renowned figures — nutritionist Dr. Isabelle Huot, RICARDO and Olive+Gourmando — who value Québec products and design dishes that travel without losing their freshness.
