Formerly the restaurant l'Astral, the venue was taken over in 2014 by Groupe Restos Plaisirs and entirely redesigned by the firm Lemay Michaud. Ciel! is the only revolving restaurant in Québec City: a full rotation takes one hour and thirty minutes, offering a 360-degree view of the city. The cozy and contemporary bar and restaurant space offers a unique culinary and panoramic experience steps from the Plains of Abraham.
