
Le Comptoir St-Jo, in Lachine, was born from the passion of four partners: Manu, a true enthusiast of Québec producers, Isa Lora and Émilie, seasoned restaurateurs from Bagel St-Lo, and Marco, a sommelier who guides guests through a selection of natural wines. Together, they fuse dynamism and love of the terroir to offer an experience where fresh and authentic flavours meet. The choice of local ingredients is a commitment to quality, sustainability and support for local producers.
