Délices du Gourmet is a fine grocery and catering service that opened in 2005, the result of a partnership between a pastry chef and a cook who share a passion for their craft. The menus evolve with the deliveries, depending on the products supplied by local partners: seasonal fruits and vegetables, wild mushroom foraging, pork, beef and veal, maple syrup and nuts for desserts. The house draws on the wealth of an agricultural region and on long-standing partnerships with producers. Délices du Gourmet offers proximity-driven cuisine, polished and faithful to the seasons.
