Ferme et Cuisine Bika, in Saint-Blaise-sur-Richelieu, was born from a dream: renovating an ancestral home, nurturing the land and sharing kitchen and garden with visitors. The dishes, all tinged with Turkish flavours, honour the earth, air and water surrounding the farm. The team is happy to offer its own harvests, as well as those from other local organic farms. Working with local products is simply the establishment's raison d'être.
