Opened in December 2019, Archway was born from Josianne Marcoux's dream, inspired by her travels and experience in the restaurant industry. She works with her partners Ariane Lavoie and Benoît Leclère to evolve the menu with the seasons. Together, they offer a gastronomic experience where colours, textures and creativity combine to deliver flavourful, responsible dishes rooted in the Montréal community.
