Asteur, whose name means "from now on," offers a cuisine that honours traditions while embracing today's creativity. Opened in early 2025 in Boisbriand, the establishment brings together two concepts. L'Expérience guides diners through about ten courses of an evolving fixed menu, each course unfolding like a chapter in a story. Le Salon, on the second floor, offers a lounge space with a shareable à la carte menu in a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. Both concepts are committed to an eco-responsible approach, highlighting hyperlocal cuisine, regional products and seasonal arrivals sourced from artisans and producers with whom the team maintains close ties.
