Au Pâturage-Espace Gourmand
Set in a former summer theatre, Au Pâturage practises farm-to-table gastronomic cuisine. Garden vegetables, meats and cheeses from local producers compose a menu guided by the seasons.
Au Pâturage – Espaces gourmands is a gastronomic restaurant in the heart of the village of Sainte-Perpétue, in Centre-du-Québec. Opened in June 2019 in a converted former summer theatre, the building recalls a barn, a symbol of the Québec countryside. The establishment takes a farm-to-table approach: many of the vegetables are grown on-site, and meats, cheeses and other ingredients come from local producers. Au Pâturage's mission is to showcase local terroir products and rekindle the pleasure of eating with the seasons. The region is rich with underutilized products that the team takes pleasure in working with and presenting to guests.
