Aventure Rose-des-Vents is a meeting place in the heart of Sainte-Rose-du-Nord, on the shores of the Saguenay fjord. The company has offered guided sea kayak outings, accommodation and a cultural component since 2015. In 2022, chef Étienne Voyer, a regular at the venue, joined the team and launched the dining component. With sustainable development part of the company's DNA, local, healthy and seasonal products form the basis of the menu.
