Bistro Café Summum opened its doors on March 1, 2010 in La Baie, following the acquisition of café Les Cafés Summum. The new owners quickly enhanced the coffee-pastry offering with a fully assumed bistronomic menu. Craft beers, private import wines, cutting-edge cocktails and fusion cuisine come together in a friendly and dynamic atmosphere, enhanced by deeply rooted cultural touches. On March 1, 2018, a second location opened in the heart of rue Racine in Chicoutimi, with a different atmosphere and menu while maintaining the Summum identity.
