Itinerary
Brasserie coopérative la Chasse-Pinte is housed in a heritage fishing camp built in 1860 by the Price Company, in L'Anse-Saint-Jean. In the late 1990s, five local entrepreneurs opened this gem to the public, with a terrace and a view of the Saguenay Fjord. In 2011, the bistro became a cooperative thanks to the mobilization of employees and loyal customers, then the microbrewery opened in 2015. The cuisine, certified "Ambassadeur de saveurs," evolves between burger bistro and terroir bistro, giving full place to products from Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean and Québec. A live entertainment program completes the experience.
