
Bistro hortus, whose name means "garden" in Latin, was born during pandemic lockdown, on rue Saint-Jean in Québec City. The establishment adopts a "farm to table" concept with a range of options — vegan, gluten-free and meat-based — prepared from fresh, local and organic products from Québec partners. The team maintains close relationships with local producers and farmers, and grows its own green roofs to offer a true garden-to-table experience.
