Bistro Kapzak offers a fusion cuisine between Polish traditions and Québec products, born from the chef-owner's roots. Opened in October 2011 in Sherbrooke, the establishment moved to Granby in 2016, closer to the family land once farmed by his grandparents. The menu highlights local producers throughout the year, relying on their proximity to ensure constant freshness. The team enjoys telling the story of each producer and creating a network between local artisans and guests, for an experience that goes well beyond the plate.
