Bouffe-moi ! is a family business created by sisters Rose and Julie, located at Jean-Talon Market in Montréal. Inspired by the corn dogs their mother would prepare on Friday evenings to celebrate the start of the weekend, they created their own handmade version, with a touch of maple syrup and premium, local and vegan ingredients. Members of the Montréal public market merchant community, they prioritize local purchasing: fruits and vegetables bought directly at the market, maple syrup to sweeten all dishes and drinks, and support for small Québec businesses. On the terrace, guests enjoy corn dogs, fresh fries, beers and homemade cocktails.
