Chez Mathilde opened its doors in 2007 in Tadoussac, in a business established in the heart of the village. The owners wanted to create a convivial place where Québec and local products are showcased, while expressing their culinary creativity. The former snack bar has transformed into an engaged bistro, where pride, environmental respect and circular economy guide sourcing choices.
