Cochon Dingue

A Parisian-inspired bistro founded in 1979 in Québec City, Le Cochon Dingue now has several locations in the region. Always curious and gourmet, the establishment showcases Québec products.
The story of Le Cochon Dingue began in 1979, when Jacques and France Gauthier acquired a small bistro in the Champlain neighbourhood of Québec City, with the idea of welcoming guests in the atmosphere of the Parisian bistros they love. This passion gave birth to an adventure that now spans several locations across the Québec City region, including Champlain, Saint-Jean, Sainte-Foy, Grande Allée, Lévis and Lebourgneuf. Always curious and on the lookout for new trends, the Gauthiers have made Le Cochon Dingue a place of gourmet pleasure. The establishment works with Québec products to offer flavour and quality while supporting the local economy.
